POSTAGE & TRACKING 


ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!

This is a message from our Singapore Post Office due to the pandemic we are facing right now. 

Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore.

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations. Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay, even as we work round the clock with our partner airlines and posts.

We have monitored and most of our international customers received their order in 4-6 weeks time. Please note that it can take up to 8 weeks too!


Note that all orders will be shipped via standard mail unless you add postage tracking to your order. Please only purchase from our shop if you are comfortable with this as to avoid disappointment and misunderstanding in the future.


The processing time we need to mail out your order is 5-10 working days, unless stated.

Due to the high costs of registered shipping (with tracking), all items are mailed out with care using standard post by default. We have a good record of items being delivered safely to all mailing addresses, so rest assured that the goodies will reach you soon.

If you would like to have a tracking number, please add postage tracking to your order.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs and import taxes that may apply. 


WHERE’S MY ORDER 
We are shipping from Singapore.


Delivery time estimation:

• Local address - 5 days or earlier

• International address -  3 weeks or more. We have orders that arrived in 8 weeks! So please be patient. :)

All orders are sent out via Singapore Post.


STANDARD MAIL

We are not responsible for missing items via standard mail. Take note that we also do not issue refund if you have chosen not to add postage tracking to your order.


POSTAGE WITH TRACKING 

Get in touch with your post office first (with the tracking number given) if your orders are taking way too long to reach you and its stated in the tracking website that the last destination is your country. Most times, it might take a while for your post office to keep in touch with ours to update in the tracking system.


If something is still a missed, get in touch with us.


ALL POSTAGE

Note that if your order is sent back to us due to 'not collected, no one answer, etc' you will have to bear the shipping charges before we send it out again. We do not offer a refund for this cases but in certain circumstances, we will without the shipping charges.

However, if you approach us nicely, we can definitely resolve it amicably.

IF IT’S NOT FOR YOU, A GIFT PERHAPS? 

We do not include an invoice with your purchase. But we do add a thank you note. Get in touch if you would like to customize a personal note when you purchase our items as a gift. We might throw in some candies, confetti or something sparkly.
